A: We maintain a smart, lean setup where we work directly with our production partners. When you order something, it is shipped from them after a careful quality check. This business model allows us to avoid massive overhead costs and the waste from unsold stock, enabling us to give you the best possible price for the incredible quality you are getting.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you currently ship?

A: We ship exclusively within the United States. We ship to all 50 states, although delivery times may be extended for Alaska and Hawaii.

Q: Are there any addresses you cannot ship to?

A: We do not currently offer international shipping and generally cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items.

Q: What is the cost of shipping?

A: We offer completely free standard shipping on ALL orders within the United States, regardless of the order value. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.

Q: What is the total estimated delivery time?

A: Our Total Estimated Delivery Time is 7 to 10 business days. This total time consists of the Order Processing Time (1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday) to pick, pack, and prepare your order, and the Order Transit Time (6 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday) for the package to travel from our facility to your address.

Q: What is the order cutoff time?

A: Our Order Cutoff Time is 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time - New York). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

Q: How can I track my package?

A: Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number, the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx), and a direct link to track your package. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy window?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item.

Q: What conditions must the item meet to be returned?

A: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. The item must not be marked as a final sale or non-returnable product. Proof of purchase is required.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping?

A: FREE Return Shipping is provided if the return is due to our error (e.g., defective items, damaged during transit, or incorrect items sent). The Customer Pays Return Shipping for reasons such as change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference changes. We do NOT charge any restocking fees for any returns.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: Yes, we accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same return shipping guidelines as standard returns.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (which typically takes 2-3 business days), your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund is credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to officially appear in your account.

Q: What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a refund or exchange. If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days; we will arrange for free return shipping and send the correct item or process a full refund.
